Service & Design Process

At our studio, we work across visual design disciplines including digital design, branding, 3D visualisation, and made to order physical outputs. Our process is structured to ensure clarity, collaboration, and precision from concept to final delivery.

1. Inquiry & Briefing
Every project starts with a conversation where we define goals, creative direction, references, deliverables, and technical requirements. This ensures a clear understanding of both visual intent and application.

2. Proposal & Quotation
After the briefing, a tailored proposal is provided including scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, the project is confirmed and scheduled.

3. Concept & Visual Direction
We translate the brief into initial concepts, sketches, or visual directions. This stage establishes the overall aesthetic, composition, and design logic, and is shared for feedback and alignment.

4. Design Development
The selected direction is refined through collaborative feedback rounds. This may include adjustments in composition, materials, proportions, detailing, or digital execution depending on the nature of the project.

5. Finalisation & Approval
Once approved, the design is finalised into production ready deliverables. These may include digital files, brand assets, 3D visuals, or specifications for physical production. After approval, major revisions are no longer possible.

6. Delivery & Execution
Final outputs are delivered in the required formats and optimised for their intended use, whether digital platforms, print, fabrication, or made to order production. We ensure the final result stays as close as possible to the approved design while respecting technical and material constraints.

Throughout the process, we maintain close communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and consistency. The focus is on translating a clear visual direction into precise, high quality outcomes across both digital and physical applications.

Made to order

All items are made to order and produced specifically for each customer based on selected designs, materials, and specifications. As a result, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Each piece is crafted with care to match the approved design as closely as possible. However, minor variations may occur between the final product and rendered images due to material characteristics, production processes, and the handcrafted nature of the work. These variations are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Customers are involved throughout the process, including material selection, design confirmation, and production updates, to ensure full transparency and alignment before fabrication begins.

A curated range of custom materials and finishes is available and will be confirmed prior to production. By approving the final design, the customer acknowledges and accepts the specifications and understands the nature of made to order production.
